Gregg Hull Congratulates Governor-Elect Deb Haaland
ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico — Republican gubernatorial candidate Gregg Hull today congratulated Governor-elect Deb Haaland on her victory and wished her success as she prepares to lead the state.
“I called Deb Haaland to congratulate her on her win, and I wish her every success as our next governor,” said Gregg Hull. “Her success is New Mexico’s success, and every one of us should want that for our state. We had real differences in this campaign, and that’s how it should be. But the election is over, and now we all have a stake in seeing New Mexico’s families, schools, and economy thrive.”
Hull thanked the volunteers, donors, and supporters who powered the campaign, along with his running mate, David Gallegos.
“To everyone who knocked a door, made a call, or gave what they could, thank you,” Hull said. “You ran a campaign New Mexico can be proud of. I’ll always be grateful, and I’ll keep working for the state we all love.”
Hull served 12 years as Mayor of Rio Rancho, the longest tenure in the city’s history.
