Gregg Hull
Candidate For Governor
Greggory D. Hull has been a resident of New Mexico for over 40 years, with Rio Rancho at the heart of his personal and professional life. Alongside his wife, Carrie, they raised their five children in New Mexico, all of whom attended local public schools. Their family has now grown to include nine grandchildren, spanning three generations living in New Mexico.
Before entering public service, Hull demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by starting and operating two successful businesses over more than a decade. These ventures provided him with invaluable experience in job creation, and overcoming strenuous regulatory challenges that so many businesses face today. This has deeply influenced his approach to fostering a thriving local economy in Rio Rancho.
Hull's commitment to public service led him to run for mayor, first elected in April 2014. His leadership and vision for the city have been reaffirmed by voters, leading to his re-election in March 2018 and again in March 2022, making him Rio Rancho's longest-serving mayor.
During his tenure, Mayor Hull has focused on infrastructure improvement, public safety, and economic development.
