Gregg Hull sponsored Rio Rancho Resolution No. 11 opposing House Bill 174, warning that the bill would transfer administration of Rio Rancho’s non-partisan local elections away from local officials.
As Chairman of the New Mexico Mayors Caucus, Gregg Hull led opposition to HB 174 and thanked mayors for helping secure an amendment allowing municipalities to opt out and preserve maximum local governance.
