Election Day is November 3, 2026 — early voting begins October 6th.

Yesterday, on our way to Jal, NM, I visited the grand opening of TPWR (Texas Pacific Water Resource) in Orla, Texas, where innovative desalination technology is turning produced and brackish water into purified water. Even more impressive—this technology was developed right here at New Mexico State University.

Tomorrow, after our Hobbs, NM visit, I’ll be in Midland at the 11th Annual Permian Basin Conference learning more about emerging water treatment technologies, responsible management, and how we can turn produced water from a challenge into a beneficial resource.

New Mexico has the innovation. We need to make sure we have the policies to put it to work here at home.
