Gregg will:

• Reform New Mexico’s medical malpractice laws to reduce unnecessary costs while preserving accountability
• Create a more predictable legal environment so doctors and specialists are not driven out of the state
• Encourage new providers to open practices in New Mexico by improving long-term stability

Competitive Reimbursements and Financial Stability

Healthcare providers cannot operate effectively if reimbursement rates do not reflect the real cost of delivering care. When payments are too low, practices close and services disappear.

As Governor, Gregg will:
