These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gregghull.com (the “Site”), operated by Hull For New Mexico (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Contributions
Contributions made through the Site support Hull For New Mexico and are subject to applicable New Mexico and federal law. By making a contribution, you certify that:
- You are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident.
- You are not a foreign national, and the funds are not provided by a foreign national.
- The contribution is made from your own funds, on a personal credit or debit card in your own name, and you are not being reimbursed by another person or entity.
- You are not a federal contractor prohibited from making the contribution.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions are reported as required by the New Mexico Campaign Reporting Act, which may include your name, address, occupation, and employer.
If you believe a contribution was made in error, contact us promptly at info@gregghull.com and we will review the request in accordance with applicable law.
Text Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring campaign-related messages from Hull For New Mexico at the number provided, including messages sent using an automated system.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any contribution or of volunteering.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@gregghull.com.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information and text messaging opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
